Guy and Collette Vignoli’s Domaine de Laguille lies in the heart of Armagnac country to the south of Bordeaux and, as fashions have moved away from spirits, they have repurposed their grapes to make some delicious light wines. Their white is a blend of Ugni Blanc and Colombard and don’t miss their eminently quaffable, highly drinkable Rouge de Plaisir Merlot, also at a brilliant price.
