From vines grown at 1,250 metres above sea level in Mendoza's Uco Valley on alluival soils with limey river stones and minerals gained from the natural irrigation from melting Andean ice. The grapes are hand-harvested and the wine, made by stellar winemaker Mauricio Lorca, is aged for 12 months in French and American oak. Production is limited to just one bottle of wine per vine.
