The Cave de Buxy is one of the largest in France and alone controls around 80% of all Montagny production; they are all about the quality and are very selective about the fruit they accept, offering advice and assistance to their contributing growers throughout the year to ensure that they receive only high quality fruit from across southern Burgundy.
