Baptiste Guyot is on a roll – he has managed to increase his vineyards up to nine hectares over the past decade, including several former family plots, he is finally building a much-needed cuverie and, to cap it all, he was crowned ‘Jeune Talent’ Côte de Beaune winemaker of the year for 2022 – chapeau!

From a plot of around 0.6 hectares with 40 year old vines. Bright and pale, with a lovely hazelnut and nutmeg nose infused with fresh juicy grapey fruit, a light hint of oak, really appealing, going to a pretty, floral palate, lightly grilled behind, white flowers, racy with notes of citrus and white pepper, clean and juicy and going to an incredibly appealing, long finish.
