Deep red black to the rim with a tightly fruited nose, fresh, primary blackcurrant fruit, with some damp earth notes too, really forward, leading to a big concentration of fruit on the palate, intense, soft and supple, juicy and rich, lightly smoky with fine supple tannins behind, really nicely done, going to an edibly long, grilled finish. Drink 2024-2034.
