Domaine de Montmarin, in the Languedoc, can trace its history back hundreds of years. Of its 400 hectares, 80 are under vine and are now fully certified as organic, despite a shocking year in 2021 when they lost almost all their fruit to frost, an incredibly rare occurrence for them.
