Worked with both gammon and salmon and Brie. Again delicious, pleasing in every way and a handy balance between a big white and a light red.

Alluring pale oeil de perdrix pink with a nose of juicy red berry fruit and a hint of white fruits too, lightly leafy, very appealing and characterful leading to an equally characterful palate, with fine redcurrant notes, soft and juicy with a nice zip of freshness on the finish. Deliciously moreish already
