Grown 1,050 metres above sea level in Mendoza's prestigious Uco Valley appellation and the vines are planted at high density (6,850 vines per hectare) on high vertical training to make the most of the sunlight and the cooling breezes. 10% of the wine is aged in oak for six months to add structure and 90% is unoaked, to retain the juicy fresh fruit appeal of this delicious wine.
