Originally conceived as a growers’ consortium, Araldica now owns land in its own right, some 900 hectares, principally in Piedmont. They are also the largest proprietor in Gavi, and their 18-hectare Santa Seraffa estate is dedicated entirely to the production of Cortese, Gavi’s sole permitted grape.
