Baptiste Guyot is on a roll – he has managed to increase his vineyards up to nine hectares over the past decade, including several former family plots, he is finally building a much-needed cuverie and, to cap it all, he was crowned ‘Jeune Talent’ Côte de Beaune winemaker of the year for 2022 – chapeau!
