Tuffon Hall’s Classic Cuvée is made exclusively from estate grown fruit whilst many English producers buy fruit in from across the country. A blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier, made by the traditional method, it is deliciously fresh and bright, with notes of green apple and some creamy, biscuity fruit behind, lightly yeasty and beautifully on point.
