Over the past few years, Anne-Sophie Debavelaere has been stepping back in favour of her son, Félix, who has won the Côte Chalonnaise ‘emerging talent’ winemaker award twice – félicitations, Félix! The Clos du Moulin à Vent is at the southern end of the Rully appellation facing south east on clay soils, which give power and elegance combined.
