Deep red black, not opaque, with a nose of very tight black fruits, some blackcurrant, creamed and a light grilled note, some graphite too and coolly fruited. On the palate fresh, vibrant red and black fruits, very youthful and fresh, really not so new world in style, and over the past months has really put on weight and interest, with ripe, supple tannins behind the smoky black fruits, going to a long, rich, satisfying finish.
