Aged in 1/3 new, 1/3 second fill and 1/3 third fill French oak barrels, Aristea's Cabernet Sauvignon is deeply coloured with a densely fruited nose of black skinned fruits and a hint of graphite. On the palate, the ripe blackcurrant and black cherry fruit increases in volume, dense yet fresh and vibrant going to a long, lightly grilled finish. Look out for magnums too.
