A positively joyful blend of southern varieties – 50% Vermentino, 30% Roussanne and 20% Grenache Blanc – which spends just a couple of months in barrel. With rich apricot and peach notes and a hint of herby garrigue behind, this is fresh and vibrant with lovely length too.

An enticing blend of Vermentino, Roussanne and Grenache Blanc from Domaine de la Rochelierre, a 15 hectare property in Fitou, right on the south coast, run by Jean-Marie and Emilie Fabre. They have used the cousinié method to care for their vines, which entails a combination of organic and biodynamic principles without fully subscribing to either school. This wine is named after their daughter, Camille, who was 15 (XV) when they launched this wine in 75cl bottles - and is possibly also a nod to Jean-Marie's love of rugby! Previously only available in 50cl bottles the 60 & XV refers to the fact that 60 +15 adds up to 75cl.
